Situation:
Since I've started using Zabbix. I've been having a difficult time with the Graphing aspect. My main goal with the Graphs, is to project at least a Bar graph based on an Item's history.
My whole procedure for Zabbix, is through adding host and applying a template based on a Discovery condition and Action. Within the Template that is applied, i know there is the Graph Section; where I can create a Line Graph, or a Pie Graph. The Line Graph is awesome, pretty much fits almost all of my situations, Sept for one of my items doesn't plot nice with the Line Graph. It requires a Bar Graph to show the data correctly.
After Digging around within the Wiki and Zabbix itself. I've found that there is a more advance graphing feature which dose have the ability of a Bar graph to meet my standards; But the Advanced Graph feature that I'm referring to is only available If I create a Monitor ->Dashboard within Zabbix itself(Image below).
Question:
How come when I create a graph within the templates, the only option available is Graph Prototype, or Graph(Classic), Where is the more advance Graph feature? If the Graph Widget/feature isn't available in the Template, than how come its not available within the Template-> Dashboard?
