    Zabbix proxy with msata

    Hello,

I'm new to Zabbix so please indulge my next noobs questions

I am a VOIP integrator and would like to monitor all of our Asterisk customers.

My first tests using the zabbix agent and Asterisk HTTP template fully meet my needs.

Now remains the implementation in infrastructures which do not manage the network, and which cannot simply create nat rules.

So I ask myself the question of installing zabbix proxy in Active mode on my Asterisk appliances.

my concern is that this one has a 16G Msata, and I'm afraid that zabix proxy will write a lot and render this one quickly.

    What do you think?

The Zabbix proxy + Asterisk cohabitation is not against indicated either?

    Hi

How much zabbix proxy is going to write depends a lot on the amount of hosts.
is it recommended to install the proxy with other applications on the same server? no. But if you don't have many hosts, the proxy won't take up as much resources.
I suggest installing a proxy with sqlite.
