Different severities by service

Hi everyone,

First things first, i'm using Zabbix 4.4 but i'm already upgrading for 5.4, só if there's an answer only for one there-s no problema.
So here we go.

In my company we have several services that contains the same part of the name, in this case "Olos"
I've already made a LLD that uses regular expression to locate the right services and everything is working fine, but, not all services are so important, and so, i wan't to separate them in "Average", High" and "Disaster", but i'm stuck.

I've tried making three different LLDs with different regular expressions, but i can't because of the key, i't can't repeat
Now i'm trying to make different "item prototypes", but with no success.

So, I'm open to suggestions, the principle is only one, have three separated severities with some services in each of them.

use “alias” parameter in agent’s configuration file

If you already going to 5.4 then use overrides in discovery.
