Custom Message with Webhook Discord

I have set up a webhook to receive notifications on Discord whenever a Zabbix alert occurs. It works very well but I would like to customize the message in question to ping a special role on Discord.
My problem is that the message sent on discord is the default one, my changes are not taken into account. But when I click on the problem link from Discord, I see my message modified in Zabbix ...
Any ideas where this could come from?

Hello! Can I help you. Click > Administration > Media Types > Discord and in the macro: use_default_message > apply: true

This will enable custom notification.
