Windows operating system info is not appearing on dashboard

Windows operating system info is not appearing on the dashboard, please let me know how to get the windows OS details on the view.

Did you register the Windows machine as a host? Did you link the template for some kind of monitoring, or set the item or trigger? If the settings have been made, check if the value of each item can be obtained on the Monitoring-> Latest data screen.

Hi, I'm new to Zabbix, Have added the windows machine has a host, and the templates are linked. but still, I'm unable to view the Metrics and Inventory info, like OS. Please advise on this.

I have been trying Zabbix for a while now. Still new to Zabbix. Been using it to monitor equipment. Just the Windows hosts that don't agree, and finding the right template for the equipment.

I have the same problem. Been googling and reading. I came across this post. My linux hosts are showing and displaying information. It's just the windows hosts that don't. It also doesn't display network traffic.

I'm using the template: 'Windows by Zabbix agent'.

I'm running Zabbix 6.0.2.

I have also tried different Zabbix agents on the windows hosts.
I have tried with agent encryption and without. (psk) (I thought it was the encryption not getting the information, like os version, and network traffic)

Am I using the wrong template, or do I need to add or change something in the Zabbix_agentd.conf file.

Help greatly appreciated.
