Getting no data

I made a new item to check the logfile on a windows machine. The IIS logfile.

Item:
Host: WSRVnnnn
Description: IIS log 404 test
Type: Zabbix agent (active)
Key: log["C:\inetpub\logs\LogFiles\W3SVC1\u_ex.*log","404", ,100]
Type of information: Log
Status: Active

Rights seem to be OK on the machine but im not getting any data.
Item stays supported.

Hi,

If the item is not supported then you might also be able to see the exact error message next to the item, in latest data page or in Zabbix server log. What is the message telling you?

I believe the problem is in the file name. "u_ex.*log" is not really a file name but a regular expression. Either try using hardcoded file name here or use item key "logrt" instead.
