script alert not notifying

Hello,

We have Zabbix 5.0.1 and im testing this Vonage SMS alert https://github.com/Tectu/zabbix-sms-vonage


I created the media-type as instructed and I am able to do a successful test and receive an SMS to my personal cell phone.




Created a "Vonage" User with Media the vonage script and SENDTO = "mypersonal" cell#



And created an Action with condition "Trigger name contains" and Operations/Recovery operations to send to the Vonage user.




But I dont get any notifications

What am i missing??
Any input is much appreciated!

Check user permissions. If that user has no access to the hosts, which generate those problems, there will not be a notification for that user.
