    system.localtime format issue

Is there a way to get system.localtime to format as a timestamp?

    On latest data it says,

    1160882548

When I would like it to represent the actual time such as 12:00:00:00.

See attached image for my item setup.

I saw at one time this was a bug but figured it has been solved since the original post was quite old.

If you change units to 's' for seconds, your timestamp will come out as

    25d1h17m33s

    (25 days, 1 hour, 17 minutes, 33 seconds)

    Does that help?

      oops.

I didnt read it clearly enough.

That will show you the amount of time that has passed since Unix Time 0, which is not what you want.

You want to know what time it is right now according to the server. That would be a feature request for the user interface I believe.

Was looking for this too and came out on this post
There is a solution by now: use "unixtime" as unit.

            Type of information: Numeric (unsigned)

            Units: unixtime
Disclaimer: All of the above is pure speculation.
