Triggering when state is back up...

So I trigger email to send when a server is down but how can I trigger when a down server comes back up but only once?

I was looking into it but I don't want to set a trigger that spam sends me emails becuase the server is meant to be up all the time.

This is done through recovery actions.

In Triggers Actions > Operations > here you can notify the users of your choice when the alert is raised
