[ZBX 2.2] windows disk discovery and thresholds definition

So, I'm building a discovery rule to monitor disks on windows machines.
Creating the item prototypes is easy.
Here goes the part I can't wrap my hea around:
I need to assign thresholds according to the letter of the drive (eg: 10% for C: to F:, and depending on the apps installed on the server, various thesholds for the other letters).
is there any way to do this ?
At first I thought about using 2 discovery rules, but that's a no-go.
Is there a way to differentiate the triggers, according to the discovered drive ?
(hope I'm being clear here).
