Separation of read/write ports to database

I think answer is no, but would like a confirmation if zabbix can support read/write separation.
I have a TimescaleDB PostgreSQL on 3 server. Ofc, one server is leader and other 2 are replicas.

Most applications I use can write to leader, and read from replicas, so I'm wondering if Zabbix has the same ability.

Have not heard of this. And considering existing config parameters... no. Server keeps some sessions open all the time, I am not sure it would be possible...
