I have 1 router and 200 devices in my branch and their alerts are on. I want 200 devices to not be alarmed when the router's connection is lost, how do I do it?

Id say do samething like this :
old event - needs to be a tag ( or tag value ) related to router problem
new event - needs to be a tag realted to dependent problems
operation close new events - this way once the router goes down ( old events ) all the dependent probles ( new ) will be closed
read a bit about tagging - from your picture Im not sure if you got it right
the tag for router problem cold be Router : "some location"
the tag for dependent devices problems Location: "some location"
