Hi, I want to add myself to one of the groups on Zabbix but I can't see 'Join Group' button anywhere. I'm a logged-in member.

Hello and welcome to Zabbix forums!
Only Zabbix Super Admins can do that. If you are a standard limited user then you cannot do it. However if you are a Super Admin (you see the "Administration" menu) then you have to go to "Administration -> Users" section, slect "User groups" in top right dropdown and configure the group permissions there.
