HTTP requests to HealthChecks.io URL for monitoring if Zabbix "up"?

Is there a way to setup a host that makes HTTP requests to a customized URL for the service HealthChecks.io?

The URL would look something like this: https://hc-ping.com/0000000-000-000-000

Create a host, add a http item... should take about same amount of time as writing post here...
