How to switch back from PROBLEM to OK ?

    Hello,

    I'm new to Zabbix.
It looks a nice tool to monitor my customers sites.

However, there is a strange problem (for a monitoring tool).
When a server (or switch, or printer, or any other device) is down, Zabbix don't send any notification. It seems it is not a problem at all to be unreachable.

Therefore, I created a trigger un the Generic SNMP template to know when a device could not be reached the last 5 minute.
    {Template SNMP Generic:sysName.nodata(5m)}=1

Ok, it works. I receive a notification mail, and the devide turn red in the dashboard.

However... I'm never notified (not the dashboard) when the device is back to a normal status ( {Template SNMP Generic:sysName.nodata(5m)}=0 )...

How could I set the status of the device back to "OK" (instead of PROBLEM), and have the dashboard green again (and receive a notification) ?

Thanks in advance for your help.

    Stupid question...

    sysName is refreshed every hour.
Just need to wait to have it back to OK.

I replace sysName by sysUpTime (refreshed every minute) and it is much better !

      No stupid questions.

      I have wondered that myself.
