Hello and thanks first of all.
I want to consult an application that I intend to implement to a project and I wanted to know if it can be done from zabbix. I have some devices that send me some emails every day registering their operation, and I would like to know if by zabbix I could create a routine that detects and warns me if one day the device does not send me the email.

Out of the box? No. You need to create some kind of thing, that accepts your email. parses it and forwards needed data (i.e "email arrived") to zabbix. And then you can do regular Zabbix thing, like creating a trigger to inform if there is no data, for exmaple.
