New Hosts not working

Suddenly, new hosts added to Zabbix simply do nothing. It never starts getting any data, agent icon is gray, it's just not... doing... anything...

Is there a way to kick the system and make it start doing its job again? No idea why it has quit. Data from existing hosts still comes in fine, it just won't start talking to new hosts. I had added a couple that started fine, and then 4 more that just remain dead.

Do the new hosts have a template applied? If so, can the server/proxy connect to port 10050 on the agent? (Assuming zabbix agent item types).

Check both the server/proxy and agent logs.
