As I am migrating from Sitescope to Zabbix, I want to know how can I create windows SQL service based monitor on Zabbix, like what we have on Sitescope.
Kindly help me out, thanks in advance.

SQL Agent Monitor
SQL Server Monitor
DB performance metrics
