Hi All, We are trying to change the severity of a Linux disk alarm, currently the VFS.FS.PUSED.MAX.CRIT is showing up as an AVERAGE alarm and we would like it to appear iin the problem screen as a HIGH instead. The system wont let us change it at the HOST level and we cannot find a template or MACRO that controls that severity. Could someone please point us in the right direction. TIA

Hey mate.
When you in configuration on a host level you should be able to see if the trigger is coming from a template, like on screenshot below:
Clicking the circled text should take you to a template configuration. Be mindful, it's possible that on template the trigger will be coming from another template linked to initial template. So you might follow through few levels of templates before you reach your destination.
