Zabbix - configuration for mqtt clients

Hello,
i have several mqtt devices (IoT) running and discovery found them already.
I have also red this article here --> MQTT Article

But i dont understand how to configure the device that it can interact with zabbix.
So what to put into Interfaces ?

Zabbix can be connected to only worked MQTT broker
check already MQTT broker (mosquitto) on device:

netstat -tulpn | grep 18883
tcp 0 0 0.0.0.0:18883 0.0.0.0:* LISTEN 376/mosquitto

create host: "MQTT_host"
without interface, interface not needed

create item with key: "mqtt.get[{$MQTT_IP},{$MQTT_TOPIC}]"

add name host in /etc/zabbix/zabbix_agent2.conf on zabbix-server

Hostname=zabbix.etc.com, MQTT_host

restart agent

service zabbix-agent2 restart
