Our customer of Zabbix experiences timeout in UI when importing xml files, although the xml files are actually imported.
Our customer does not want to divide xml files into smaller ones, and asks whether timeout can be avoided by configuration.
I have tried some parameters in /etc/php-fpm.d/zabbix.conf, such as
max_execution_time
memory_limit
max_input_time
but it looks no one has affirmative effect. It is as difficult to make timeout happen as to make it disappear.
Does anyone know how to solve the problem so that our customer is satisfied?
