Web monitor templates for multiple hosts

Hi Friends,

I want to monitor web scenarios for multiple hosts with same URL only difference in server name.
For eg. "http://<server-name>:500/server/Main"

Please suggest sample templates or links for reference.

If you use Zabbix 2.2 or later, you can add web monitoring to a template.
