NEWBIE Question Acknowledgement / problem question

I have setup the Zabbix Appliance all in all seems to be going great, so here is what I have been trying to figure out with our switch alerts that when a switch changes speeds / or goes down, we want to be alerted on it, however once acknowledged then we would like for that to drop off the problem list and not show back up until the status changes again.

Here are a few of them :

Interface 13(-): Link down
Interface 1:21(Default settings for the trunk port): Link down)
Interface 21(): In half-duplex mode

So basically I want to suppress them on the problem/dashboard

However, If I go in and close them within time they will pop right back up with the same status.

You can filter the acknowledge problems so they disappear. You can do that in the widget setting when using the dashboard, or the filter option in the problem section.
