Action that runs remote command on host and sends results to user

I have an action that runs a remote command on current host. The remote command returns some output. Is it possible to set the action to send the output of the remote script in an email to zabbix users?

Remote command could utilize zabbix_sender to send the output to trapper item. And then create trigger and action to send output of remote command to users.

Ok thanks for the reply. I was hoping for a simpler solution. When you run an action through the GUI, the results of the script are displayed. I was hoping that this output could be easily included as part of the action email notification.
