[ZBX] is not green but host has graphs

I've configured a remote host (shown here). It is sending and receiving data. I can see the activity on the agent log + I can see graphs generated in Zabbix. However, the view in Zabbix it still does *not show* the [ZBX] icon lit green. What does this mean and how can I troubleshoot?

Are you using only active items?
ZBX is lit only when passive item can get data from agent.
