Version Zabbix Proxy and Zabbix server

Hello,

I'm sorry, but I don't understand if I can have a version of my server in 5.0.17 and a proxy in 5.0.20 in the zabbix documentation. I'm looking for a solution because I have an error in log of my zabbix_proxy.
I have : "cannot send proxy data to server at "DNS OF MY SERVER": proxy "HOSTNAME OF MY PROXY" not found"

If the major versions match, the server and proxy can communicate and function. 5.0 is the major version, so the combination of the 5.0.17 server and the 5.0.20 proxy is fine. Isn't the error occurring because the name of the specified host name cannot be resolved? Try specifying it by IP address.

Thanks for your answer, I also tried to put the IP address instead of the DNS of my server but it doesn't work too.
The error on proxy log is : cannot send proxy data to server at " SERVER IP": connection is not allowed
My proxy is on a debian 10 machine in our local network.

Check if there is a setting to restrict the connection like Firewall such as ufw.
