How to monitor disk IO on a AIX server?

I want to monitor disk IO on a AIX server.

Hello,
it is simple. Use LLD for disk discovery, script for I/O stats digging using command iostat which is on all aix version actually supported. And finally send it to zabbix server via zabbix sender to zabbuix trapper items. I have it done on my aix template for aix. It is working perfectly. All what you can see in iostat command is monitored in zabbix. The same for fcstat. Actually I'll try to do netstat.
