Monitor VSphere with Proxy

Hellau,
I'm back again, with this question:

Can i monitor VCenter with a zabbix proxy? If this works, please explain me, what to do. Maybe i must configure some files on the proxy?

I did this steps:
1. I installed a proxy
2. Created a host
3. Added the Macros to the host
4. Choosed the right proxy in "monitored by proxy"

And i get this error-message, when I'm looking up in "Discovery rules"

Couldn't resolve host name

Have some one a idea? The DNS name is correct. So im still in

For all, who have the same issue:

I have done this, and my proxy collects data now:

1. Configure the zabbix_proxy.conf file like required. Read it out here https://www.zabbix.com/documentation.../vm_monitoring
2. Restart the proxy

This are the same steps like for the zabbix server.
