Upgraded OS (OEL) on KVM host to 6.7 now all VMs are failing

Dear zabbix gurus,

Need a help if you don't mind:
Scenario:
Upgraded OS on KVM host to OEL 6.7
Now all VMs running on KVM host are failing. I've restarted zabbix agent on all VMs - agent will die after few minutes...

I've reinstalled zabbix client on all VMs (VMs are runnig CentOS v 6.7, zabbix binary is zabbix-agent-2.2.10-1.el6.x86_64.rpm
Still the same problem.

Logs are not helping either. Any help, hint will be greatly appreciated!!!

please set the debug level to 4 and (re)start the agent, if it fail take a look into the log file, or post them here!
