I'm sorry - I really, really am - if this is a repeatedly asked query.
Basically, our infrastructure all runs with SNMP. From servers to switches. Don't ask.
Basically, after playing around with Zabbix for a few weeks, I've decided to try get monitoring in a similar manner that Nagios is doing it. I have a few servers, have tried applying templates and the most I have is uptime which is quite broing to graph.
I have Googled far and wide, have got a lot of information, and I'm still struggling to break ground breaking progress. I understand that I must configure SNMP stuff, and an SNMP trap, but I can't find a tutorial dedicated to explaining all of this to me and the documentation isn't spectacularly helpful for this particular instance.
My big question - my elaborate, brain tingling inquiry; what is the best method of monitoring a server - using SNMP - and having all the graphs available just like if it were being monitored by the zabbix agent?
