Item Not Supported

I am trying use metrics-zabbix library(https://github.com/janramm87/metrics-zabbix) to send metrics data to the zabbix, but when I am register the conresponding item in the zabbix, the status of item is "Not supported", what's wrong?

My configurare is:
name: decoded-tracks
type: Zabbix-agent(active)
key: decoded-tracks

And in this situation, is there any things I should take care of? I am a newbie, please help!

Did you also adding the key in the Zabbix-Agentd.confg file on the agent side?
If the monitoring side says it's not supported, it means you are missing the key in the config file from the agent.
