Dashboards vs Screens

As a relative newbie to Zabbix, can someone explain to me the difference between "dashboards" and "screens"? At their core they seem to be quite similar.

Why/when would I use one over the other? Pros/Cons?

The main difference is that screens is no longer supported in new versions of zabbix.

Ahh -- well, that makes it easy going forward then. I guess I will rebuild [the data from] my screens into dashboards for my project.

It looks like the version on which I am working is 4.4.10 (June 2020).

4.4 is still supporting screens. But already has Dashboards. So try to use dashboards as much as possible. Newer versions add different dashboard functionalities, host dashboards instead of host screens etc...
