unable to monitor all assigned dynamic IP's on client running agents

I'm trying to monitor all the existing allocated IP addresses from each server running the Zabbix agent. I could able to capture the allocated IP address, but was unable to fetch the status of all the IPs apart from one IP on which the agent is talking to the Zabbix server.

Please assist.

example -

Host1 = Running agent with IP 10.10..xx.8 and 3 more NIC's with different IP assigned on the host. I want to monitor all the 4 IP's running on the host1 is reachable from Zabbix Master Server, if not send me alert with hostname and the IP which is not reachable
