How to set dashboard which is displaying overall health of my environment

Hello Experts,

I am using zabbix 5.4 and in monitoring approx 110 servers

I have confifured items and trigger as below



and trigger is like this



this is for sidekiq service which is running on one of our ROR server, means if service goes down zabbix will send alert through email

but i want to see my server health on dashboard only means service is ruuning then zabbix suppose to show my server health is good service is up and running

please let me know if anywhere in zabbix 5.4 having feature like this
