Zabbix Agent x Port 6504

How to have Zabbix Agent responding to two ports - 6500 and 6504 ? Is it necessary two Zabbix Agents ?
Exemple: site http://10.129.100.116:6500 running OK ! But http://10.129.100.116:6504 running NOK !!!

These are not default ports. Agent usually only uses only 1 port, 10050, multiple ports are in use only, if you run multiple instances of agent in some reason.
