Delete Items automatically

Hey,
is there a way to automatically delete Items that are named a certain way?
I added about 50 switches to my zabbix via the Mikrotik SNMP Template and now it monitors a ton of customer interfaces which it doesnt need to (about 30k items which I dont need monitored)

I don't want to delete them by hand because it would take ages.

Maybe some script which does the job by using API.

If you exclude them using the discovery filter and then set the "Keep lost resources period" shorter, it should start removing them?

This would be definitely easiest way. And by tuning LLD discovery filter those unnecessary interfaces doesn't show up again.
