Missing the web scenario on Configuration Tab @ Zabbix 2.4.7

I was installed the Zabbix 2.4.7 and cannot find the web scenario on the configuration tabs.

You can setting of Web monitoring to the hosts or templates.
This is Zabbix 2.2's new feature.
