    Discovery with SNMP

I'm trying to discover all printers via SNMP v2 on my Test Zabbix server (6.0) but keep failing, so I change the IP range only 2 since I know those belong to the printers. The error is: No Such Object available on this agent at this OID, below is what I have been trying:
    1. SNMP V2 with OID: .1.3.6.1.2, I also try with 1.3.6.1.2, iso.3.6.1.2
    2. snmpwalk -v 2c -c public 10.1.1.152 give me the result of all of the OIDs
    3. Use SNMP V1
But if I manually add host, it actually collects the data.
What should I use for the OID?

    Thanks,
    Matt

I know this post is a year old but wanted to provide some input in case anyone else comes across it. My understanding is that Network Discovery Checks ask the device for the single OID provided and do not perform a walk the way an LLD does. In other words, think of the Discovery Check as running a snmpget command vs an snmpwalk command. You'll need to specify an OID that contains a value itself (say 1.3.6.1.2.1.1.5.0 for the printer's hostname), instead of an OID that has values further down the subtree.
