How to store a value of yesterday with current timestamp backdated -1d ?

Hi,

I'm getting a value from an device "sum of consumption yesterday". My device aggregates all by itself, so its the only way to get this value of the day before.
Is there any solution to store each of this values backdated for 1d exactly?
Can I modify the timestamp of a collector?
This would be very useful vor correlating this data without a incorrectly timeshift
