Hello, I am also new to Zabbix and found and use this template. I think you should import both Cisco_WiFi_WLC_62 and Cisco_WiFi_WLC_62_AP but only chose Cisco_WiFi_WLC_62 for WLC and it will automatically Discover all APs. Unlike you, I didn't enable 'WLC Client Data' and 'WLC Interface data' in discovery rules but I can still see discovered APs. I am not sure should it be enabled or not as I didn't notice any change.
Maybe somebody more experienced should chime in regarding this one.
    Cheers.

Hi, thanks for your answer. After several tests I enabled WLC AP DATA for the AP items, WLC INTEFACE DATA, to collect controller traffic, WLC SSID Data which however does not collect anything. I was wondering why each AP takes IP interface from the controller? Is it possible to modify the template so as to assign its own IP to each AP? this could be useful if I want to collect traps and associate them with each AP

      best regards

Does anybody has issue with WLC constantly dropping SNMP (red badge) "Timeout while connecting to {IP ADDRESS}" ?
I am not sure why, but after some period WLC is always getting red SNMP. It has 150 APs connected to it and since WLC is losing SNMP, also APs are getting same problem, but sometimes some of the APs are fine (green SNMP).
I am not sure where to begin troubleshooting,
Other Cisco devices on network are fine and no issues except WLC.
Everything is configured properly on WLC.
Zabbix version is latest (6.4.10) and it's running on docker.
