Zabbix ping to routers

Hi, I have a question, I'm trying to check ping about routers ubiquiti, I have created the sensors in the agent interface 10050 with the template table and have created rules on routers to allow ICMP and port 10050, worse still gives me error answer .

I think something with network here.

Unless you describe your network difficult to say.

But the ping that you show on the bottom of message, is it run from the server itself? Server has single IP right?

Can't see your item setting. Should be Item type: Simplecheck, key: icmpping.

instead of zabbix interface, try use SNMP interface in host setting. Maybe that is the case.
