    change text: "Problem has been resolved at"

    is there a way, without creating a new action, to modify the text "Problem has been resolved at" ?

    when a problem is detected, administrators receive a notification about it. When the problem is resolved, administrators receive a 2nd notification. In this 2nd notification there's a text like this: "Problem has been resolved at 10:38" ... etc etc
    Can I slightly modify this text without creating new actions ?

    I am pretty sure you can. There's message templates for different medias used in actions, which should contain that text.
    IIRC Administration -> media types -> select your media -> message templates -> problem recovery -> edit
