Problem reports as WARNING although it is set to be a disaster

Hello,

From the attached images, I have a trigger which should return a DISASTER state based on a webcheck. For some reason I cannot pinpoint, sometimes it returns correcty as DISASTER, but some others as WARNING. Even when I click on the configuration of the WARNING problem, it takes me to the confiuration which has DISASTER as severity.
Any clue?

Nevermind, apparently someone from NOC would log in and change the severity so it won't spam!! (@#&$

Found it from the audit logs. Case closed.
