Itemised breakdown of Physical Memory Usage

I am new to the form, and thank you in advance for your help..
Local to my Windows 2008r2 server, I could install something like RAMMAP in order to get an 'itemised' breakdown of what is using 'how much' memory...
Can Zabbix provide me with a similar level of information?
