Hi All , We have a Zabbix server that is showing a server agent in the Monitoring>Hosts view with a RED ZBX box in the Availability column. But we did not receive a "Zabbix agent is not available" alarm on the device. We tried the ping function and the device doesn't PING. Can anyone tell us why this is happening? On other devices that show a Red ZBX box in the Availability column and dont ping they are displaying a Zabbix agent is not available alarm as they should. TIA
