zabbix alert message custum

Hello.
After monitoring the centos secure log, an alarm is generated when certain conditions occur.
I want to display the remote access IP and account in the alarm when the alarm occurs.
I think I can mark the Latest Data of the image on the alarm, is there a way?

It is not really easy to give advice, if there is absolutely no info, what you already have...How is your current item/trigger configured?

item : /var/log/secure
trigger : str(Accepted password)}=1 and str(ip) =1

What I want is to show the access ID and IP in the alert message.
Is there a way?
