zabbix agent crash on windows server 2008

Hi everybody

We are monitoring a few servers (mostly SQL and Web servers) using the 2.4.4 agent windows build.
it works perfect on all servers - except one.
on that server the agent starts successfully but crashes after a few minutes - and throwing the following error:

found another clue ...

It happens only when zabbix is monitoring the agent's SQL Server Performance Counters
