How do I: Turn off Windows Services discovery?

I only want to monitor 1 windows service. I don't need to monitor all of them and the constant 'problem' indicators are a bit annoying. I tried disabling them all, but it just keeps finding new ones.

I would like to disable this across all devices
I would then like to only monitor a single service - which I believe I do by creating an item.

Disable the discovery and add that one as hardcoded item/trigger.

Thank you, that is the path that I am moving towards. I guess I have to attach the created item to each server? I tried to make a template but have had limited success.

If you need to do this on multiple server, you really should create a template, even, if it has only one item and one trigger.
