looking for release notes for zabbix agent 6.0 to 6.0.3

i have been seeing a lot of high poller processes and wondering if I need to upgrade my agents to 6.0.3 as I am at 6.0.0 right now.

There aren't separate notes for the agent, but the combined release notes for each version are available at
