Can i read pairs (key value) and store it as an host item?

i have a file that store values as list (key value) each in new line.

i would like to read the data and store it in the zabbix,

and on a custom Map\Widget to display them in the same order
key1 value1
key2 value2
key3 value3

is it possible ?
